November Update

COVID.NOVEMBER.2

With the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in Nova Scotia and throughout Canada, we wanted to share an update with our customers on our operations and the adjustments we have made to our business for the safety of our employees and customers. 

VISITING OUR DEALERSHIP: 
  • Customers must wear masks inside our building. If you are unable to wear a mask, please call us at 902-752-6220 to arrange for curbside pick up. This is for the safety of our customers and the employees of our small business.

  • Please read the information on the front door prior to entering our dealership. To visit our dealership you must follow our COVID prevention policies. 

  • We have a store capacity of 4 customers

  • Due to our reduced customer capacity, we request that only one person per household/vehicle come into our building. 

  • During busy times we may have to limit customer access to our building.

  • For faster service, we encourage customers to use our parts inquiry form or call ahead with parts orders and service requests. We can have your order ready for curbside pick up or at the parts counter. 

  • 6' physical distancing is required.

  • We have hand sanitizer available at the door. Please use hand sanitizer prior to touching merchandise. 

  • Do not visit our dealership if any of the following apply:

    • You have a cough, fever or feel unwell
    • You have been directed to self-isolate
    • During the last 14 days you have:
      • Been in contact with someone who has COVID-19
      • Been to a location with a potential exposure notification that requires testing
      • Travelled outside of Atlantic Canada or been in contact with someone who travelled

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Some of the additional safety measures we have taken include installing plexiglass at our Parts Counter, having one-way traffic in our showroom and increased cleaning. Our team members will not be at work if they feel unwell. 

  • We have an online store that has some of our most popular parts & equipment available for curbside pick up or pick up from our parts counter. 

  • We are experiencing inventory shortages and delays in shipments for tractors and outdoor power equipment and parts due to COVID-19. 

  • We are receiving a large number of inquiries for equipment quotes and there may be delays in our response time. 

  • We recommend making an appointment in advance for equipment sales. Customer access to office areas is now by appointment only.

  • Our hours of operation are now Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. We are not open Saturdays at this time.
